I'm listening
What should we explore next in this space?
I’ve been writing Clarity & Traction for a little over a year now.
In that time I’ve published more than 70 pieces on work, leadership, career transitions, meaning, and the challenges of building a life that reflects your values and priorities.
One thing I’ve been grateful for is the consistency of engagement. Most issues are opened by roughly 60% of subscribers, which suggests many of you continue to find value in these conversations. Some posts are also shared widely, which I deeply appreciate.
But I’ve also realized that I don’t fully understand what resonates most deeply.
Posts about difficult people, career crossroads, and questions of identity at work appear to connect. Practical frameworks seem useful. I’m still learning what creates the most value for readers over time.
Are those topics genuinely more useful or relatable - or do they just have stronger titles?
So, I’d like to ask for your help.
What conversations or challenges would be most valuable for me to explore in the future?
If you’ve been reading Clarity & Traction, I’d love to hear:
Which post has stayed with you the longest?
What topics would you like more of?
What topics don’t resonate?
What challenge are you wrestling with at work right now?
If you could ask an executive coach one question, what would it be?
Leave a comment or reply directly to this email. I will read every response.
One of the things coaching has taught me is that progress often begins with better awareness and better feedback. It seemed worth applying that lesson here as well.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and allowing me into your inbox each week.
I’m excited to learn where we should go next.
